Delivery

Door delivery through our logistics partner, furniture technician will visit to assemble and touch up the furniture if required.

Order will be delivered within 30-45 days from date of receipt of payment.

Yes you can track your order with the help of a unique customer ID that will be issued at the time of payment.
Our logistics partner delivers many orders a day, which keeps delivery prices low. Delivery charges vary depending on where you live and the total cost of your order.
Your order will be delivered through our Logistics Partner – Gati Cargo Services.
Yes, you can change your delivery date and address, but you will have to intimate us 72 hrs before the stipulated delivery date of your goods. Go Top

Payment

We make every attempt to maintain the lowest prices on the items we offer, but price changes do occur, sometimes overnight. As a result, prices on items stored in your Shopping Cart are subject to change until you have actually placed your order and it has been accepted by us. Please note we reserve the right not to accept your order in the case of a pricing error or other technical issue. In the rare instance that your order is not accepted, you will be notified immediately and your card will not be charged.
Payment through credit cards, DD and cheques.
For payments other than by credit card we will wait until the funds have cleared before confirming your order with our suppliers.

We do not accept COD orders. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Yes, you can modify the items placed in your order, till 48 hrs after placing the order.
Orders placed online can generally be cancelled up until 48 hours after you place your order. Once you place your order, you will receive contact information of the customer support department to help you with your order. You can call us from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. IST, Monday to Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. IST on Saturdays and Sundays, on 9312976631, or e-mail us at customerservice@ushafurniture.com and one of our customer service associates will contact you to take your order over the phone. Once we have confirmed your order with our suppliers, typically within two working days*, we will notify you by e-mail of the estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery times may be subject to manufacturing delays beyond our control, but we will notify you immediately if we foresee any delay beyond the anticipated delivery date. Please also note that at times we may be unable to supply particular products to certain countries. 

Yes, your furniture will be assembled for you as per your requirements by our technician after delivering the same at your premises.
Our products and manufacturers are carefully selected and we think you will love the quality of what we offer. However, in the event that your purchase is not exactly what you wanted for your home, here is what you can do. In case you want to return the purchased items. you can immediately write to our furniture are unhappy with your purchase, you can immediately write to our customer service representative about the same and we will refund your entire amount after deductions of freight plus 10% of the billing amount, no questions asked. However this will necessarily have to be done within 15 days from the date of receipt at your end.
Company is duty bound to supply you good quality product in excellent conditions, in case of any damage your product will be replaced/repaired upon the conditions.
You can order by phone or fax, but the payment has to be made either by Demand Draft or Cheque.
Any customer who makes purchase above Rs.50,000 is eligible for becoming an Usha Furniture Preferred customer, where he could avail special promotional schemes and discounts.
